"CHI CHI CHI LE LE LE - VIVA CHILE"

September saw another successful Independence Day celebration for Chileans living in New South Wales. On September 18th, at Fairfield Showground, a very large crowd experienced the spectacular show produced by the Colo Colo club in Sydney. Visitors, of all nationalities, enjoyed a sun filled day of good company, traditional dance and plenty of Chilean delicacies such as Empanadas, Churros, Humitas and the ever popular Chilenito pastries.
