CHILEAN INDEPENDENCE DAY

On September 19th 2004, Fairfield Showground, Sydney was host to another successful Chilean Festival. Coordinated by Colo Colo Soccer Club, the crowds were entertained by traditional dance groups. It was a day of celebration and the Chilean community did just that.

Crowds enjoyed folkloric dance and traditional chilean food including humitas, completos, empanadas and the famous chilenito pastries.
