Fairfield Showground has long been the home for Latin American celebrations. September 15th was no exception! As Chileans celebrated their day of Independence, the sounds of local bands and folkloric dance groups entertained the crowd. Serving up a Chilean feast of empanadas, completos, humitas, and pastel de choclo - CHI, CHI, CHI... LE, LE, LE, VIVA CHILE!!
