It was another great summers day in Sydney as the nation celebrated Australia Day on January 26th 2005. If you were in Sydney, Opera Bar was definitely the place to be. A line up of latin jazz beats demonstrated this countries clear acceptance of multiculturalism. Guests were able to bask in the sun, enjoy a cool drink and listen to latin sounds from band, Spanglish, DJ Michael Correa and Rhythm Kitchen.
